Natural gas is a safe and reliable energy source, and as Lancaster County’s provider, it is our responsibility to inform and educate everyone in our service area.
We are conducting a public safety survey. This survey is to meet a federal safety regulation, judging the effectiveness of our safety programs. We are asking both customers and non-customers in our service area to complete the survey. Everyone on and around our pipeline needs to be aware of natural gas safety for their well-being. Your response will help us improve the effectiveness of our safety education programs.
You may receive a phone call requesting your participation in the survey. An additional option to access the survey for customers is the QR code on our monthly billing statements. Employees are promoting the survey with cards that have the QR code as well.
We value your feedback and kindly ask for your participation by completing the survey using one of the methods above. The survey will take just a couple of minutes to complete. As a “thank you” six winners will be randomly selected from completed surveys*.
