Coronavirus Company Update

Lancaster County Natural Gas Authority continuously strives to provide safe and reliable service to all of our natural gas customers.  It is our goal to assist in the prevention and spreading of the Coronavirus. Options for bill payment include; Online Bill Pay via www.lcngasc.com, bill pay via your financial institution, mail, phone payments, drive thru, night deposit and bank draft.

Effective July 1, 2020 LCNGA will resume disconnecting natural gas services with Past Due Balances.

If you need assistance you may contact our office to discuss making payment arrangements.  You may also contact local organizations such as: Carolina Community Action, Christian Services and Hope of Lancaster for assistance with payments.

LCNGA will continue to monitor the Coronavirus and post updates as needed.

We value all of our customers and appreciate your patience during this time.

Starting immediately we will only respond to work request that can be handled outside the home.  All emergency calls will be dealt with by isolating the service from outside the home.  Any request for lighting pilots and checking leaks inside will need to be scheduled with third party contractors until further notice.
