Receive an email or text notification when your bill has been issued, which includes a link to your bill.
View your billing statement online 24/7 or with the LCNGA Mobile App.
Review, download & print statements by logging in to your LCNGA MY ACCOUNT.

How to Sign Up

If you already have an account
Log in to your LCNGA My Account Click Here
• Click on the MY ACCOUNT tab and choose E-Notification from the drop-down menu
• Select the E-Bill option found in the BILL METHOD drop-down box
• Enter your email address, add a second email if you wish
• Select Bill Method and change to E-Bill from Paper
• Click on Submit

Next click the My Alerts tab.
• This is were you setup your preferences and how you would like your alerts delivered.
• Select text and/or email alerts to never miss a payment
